During simultaneous interpretation I transfer information from the source language to the target language in real-time. This style of interpreting ensures that the natural flow of the speaker is not disturbed and guarantees a smooth output for the listeners.

Interpreters usually work in teams of two because simultaneous interpretation requires a high level of concentration, and it allows interpreters to switch off regularly. I’m happy to suggest a colleague from my network of competent and trustworthy interpreters to interpret an event.

Technical interpreting equipment is necessary to ensure high quality interpretation. This includes a completely soundproof full-size interpreter booth and an interpreting console as part of a larger technical interpreting setup.
